Quit

  Quit all sodas and processed sweets because they all are toxic to the body. Drink water, tea, flavored water for drinks. Eat fruit as a snack. Honey is a non processed sweetener that can be added to anything. 

What are sodas and sweets?

Any processed beverage or snack that has sugar or zero calorie sweeteners in them. 


Soda: Toxic to the gut and liver = belly fat


Diet soda: weight gain, strokes = belly fat


Juices: same as sodas  - damaged fiber so acts like a soda = belly fat


Smoothies: same as juices  - damaged fiber so acts like a soda = belly fat


Cakes: insulin spike = belly fat


Pies: insulin spike = belly fat


Health bars: loaded with sugar therefore insulin spike =  belly fat


Candy bars: insulin spike = belly fat
